Eldorado Heights to open today
Pardee Homes is celebrating the grand opening of its newest neighborhood, Eldorado Heights from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.
Gourmet popcorn from Popcorn Girl, refreshments baked in the model home kitchens and family friendly entertainment are all a part of the grand opening activities planned.
Located in the builder's master-planned Eldorado community in North Las Vegas, the gated Eldorado Heights neighborhood features seven new floor plans, the debut of the builder's new GenerationSmart Suite concept and homes priced from $259,950.
To reach Eldorado Heights, take the Las Vegas Beltway north to the Aliante Parkway exit. Travel south on Aliante Parkway to Deer Springs Road, turn left onto Deer Springs and travel east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right.
The community's model homes and sales office are at 1788 Gentle Brook St.
Pardee's new GenerationSmart Suite concept, offered exclusively at Eldorado Heights, provides a unique, private entrance and living area to accommodate multiple generations that might be living together under one roof, according to Pardee Homes' regional sales director Rob Tuvell.
Homes at Eldorado Heights range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet in one- and two-story designs with as many as seven bedrooms and as many as five baths.
Floor plans include extra-large kitchen islands, game rooms and four-car garages.
Each of the two-story designs offers a downstairs bedroom. Pardee will offer its optional 12-foot glider window package on the covered patio on select plans.
Eldorado Heights also features Pardee's exclusive LivingSmart brand with standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.
The single-story Plan One measures 2,385 square feet with four bedrooms, or optional den instead of the fourth bedroom, three baths and a three-car garage.
Plan Two measures 3,681 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage with several flexible options while the Plan 3-X measures 3,681 square feet with as many as six bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage and the GenerationSmart Suite.
The Plan Four measures 4,001 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms, 4½ baths and a four-car garage.
Nearby recreational opportunities include Seastrand Community, Eldorado and Aliante's Nature Discovery parks. Established schools, retail, dining and services and the Aliante Library are nearby.
All Pardee Homes' sales offices and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday.
Through two new programs, Pardee is helping homebuyers.
The company's Homeward Bound program provides assistance to prospective buyers on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.
Offered exclusively for Pardee homebuyers in this market, Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as long as three years.
