Engle Homes extends 55 Homes In 5 Days promotion for buyers

Engle Homes has extended its 5 Days To Save sales promotion from May 10-13 in the builder's neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

The program sets aside 55 homes that come with a special Engle Certified Lowest Price Guarantee. According to the builder, the program ensures these homes will not be sold at lower prices than the ones established during the promotion. The 5 Days promotion was originally scheduled to run May 5-9.

"Buyers recognize that Engle Homes offers exceptional value in homes that are beautifully designed, well appointed and located in the most desirable areas in the Las Vegas Valley," said Lindsey Thomas, marketing manager.

The special includes select homes in all the builder's neighborhoods across Las Vegas, including Ladera Terrace in Summerlin's Mesa Village. Ladera Terrace offers buyers two-story courtyard homes in three floor plans.

Prices begin from the mid-$300,000s.

The 2,000-square-foot, two-story Senna features a great room, tech loft, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, included loggia and mirador and a two-car garage.

Ladera Terrace's Menodora is 2,200 square feet and includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a den and mirador. The floor plan allows flexibility for homeowners to add another bedroom or bath.

The four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath, 2,500-square-foot Paloverde model is Ladera Terrace's largest plan. The home has a mirador off the master bedroom, an open bonus room and flexibility to add a fifth bedroom.

Incentives of as much as $80,000 are available on select residences in the Engle Homes' neighborhoods of Rivendell and Beacon Hill in Mountain's Edge in the southwestern valley, Falcon Ridge, Somerset and Cambria in North Las Vegas, and Copper Creek Estates in the southeast.
