Harmony builds on east side

Las Rosas by Harmony Homes is located in the east side of the valley near shopping, dining and access to major thoroughfares with prices starting at $94,990.

"This cozy neighborhood has just 43 home sites and offers a planned community park with barbecue and picnic areas, along with plenty of open space," said Victor Mercado, sales agent at Las Rosas.

Las Rosas offers two floor plans. The first plan measures 1,504 square feet, and features three bedrooms, with an optional loft, 2½ baths, attached one-car garage and open, great room-style design. This floor plan offers a choice of a bedroom or den with full bath on the first floor.

All Harmony Homes include low-e windows, programmable thermostats, 13-SEER air-conditioners, energy-efficient gas heating systems and water heaters as well as gas dryer hook-ups.

At Las Rosas, homes come standard with beech cabinetry, stainless steel kitchen sinks, marble countertops in the baths, insulated heating and cooling ducts and prewiring for cable and telephone.

Model homes at Las Rosas are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and noon to 5 p.m. Monday.
