Harmony offers Las Rosas homes with starting price at $97,990

Harmony Home offers homes in Las Rosas starting at $97,990.

The neighborhood has its own community park and is located in the east side of the valley near shopping, dining and easy access to major thoroughfares.

"This cozy neighborhood has just 43 home sites and offers a planned community park with barbecue and picnic areas, along with plenty of open space," said Jaime Torres, sales associate at Las Rosas.

"It's one of the few new-home communities on the east side of town. To be able to have a new home starting in the mid-$90,000s, is a great opportunity."

Las Rosas offers two floor plans.

The first plan, starting $97,990, measures 1,504 square feet and offers three bedrooms, with an optional loft or den; three bathrooms, an attached one-car garage and an open, great room-style design.

Torres said one of the most popular features in this floor plan is the ability to have a bedroom, or optional den and full bath on the first floor.

The second floor plan, starting at $104,990, is 1,575 square feet and offers three bedrooms, a loft, 2½ baths and a two-car attached garage.

Both floor plans offer laundry facilities on the second floor; separate garden tub and shower in the master bedrooms and expanded closets in all bedrooms.

Harmony Homes offers 14 additional neighborhoods throughout the valley, where single- and two-story homes range from 1,306 to 3,959 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s.

Model homes at Las Rosas are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and Mondays noon to 5 p.m. The sales office is at 1789 Molly Meadows St. near the intersection of Pecos Road and Lake Mead Boulevard. To visit, travel east on Lake Mead Boulevard, past Pecos Road, turn right on Walnut Road and turn right on Tonopah Street. Travel to the end of the street then follow the signs to La Rosas.
