Harmony showcases Parkside homes at Centennial Springs

Harmony Homes is presenting its new Parkside at Centennial Springs in the northwestern valley.

"I think that today's home buyers do their research on neighborhoods and floor plans before they even set foot in a model home," sales associate Ray Abraham said. ... "Buyers are impressed that we include things like granite countertops, paver driveways and tankless water heaters ... in the base price of our homes. They are even further impressed by our three model homes and the neighborhood itself when they actually visit the community."

The neighborhood features three two-story designs that measure from 1,559 to 1,863 square feet and offer three bedrooms, an optional fourth bedroom, and 2 ½ baths.

Prices start at $129,900. Currently, Harmony Homes is offering to pay the mortgage closing costs for qualified buyers who use one of its preferred lenders, according to Abraham.

Additional features include oversized master bedrooms, master baths with separate tubs and showers, ceiling fan prewiring, finished garages with insulated garage doors, along with large and functional bonus space. The home designs have met the requirements for Energy Star certification and include many standard energy-efficient features including a 13 SEER-rated air-conditioning unit, low-e windows, programmable thermostat and tankless water heater.

"Our Residence Three model with 1,836 square feet has been popular among buyers because of its courtyard entrance, an attached casita and the opportunity to have three bedrooms or an optional fourth bedroom," Abraham said. "Combine that with all of the included features like granite countertops, the home's master suite and this home's starting price of $154,990, it's easy for me to understand why buyers like this model home."

Abraham said that neighborhood amenities and its location have also appealed to buyers.

"We have a neighborhood park with a playground and covered picnic area that is maintained by the homeowners' association with no LIDs (low impact development) or SIDs (special improvement district) fees," he said. "Plus, the neighborhood is within actual walking distance to restaurants and shopping in Centennial Springs, and other parks and recreation, schools, and access to Interstate 95 are all nearby."

To visit the model homes at 7509 Nicklin St., take U.S. Highway 95 north to the Durango Drive exit and turn right. At the first stoplight, turn right on Farm Road/El Capitan Way. Turn right on Tule Springs Road and then right on Orly Avenue, following the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday, when they open at noon. Call 702-272-2200 for further details.

Harmony offers 19 other neighborhoods throughout the valley, where single- and two-story homes range from 1,306 to 4,265 square feet and are priced from the $90,000s For additional information, visit www.HarmonyHomes.com.
