Harmony to hold ‘Blowout’

Harmony Heights in Northwestern Las Vegas continues its Summer Sales Blowout this weekend with special pricing and upgrades offered to new homebuyers, according to Lorne Wilson, sales manager for Harmony Homes. Prices start at just $176,990 for three model homes that include appliances and many upgraded features.

"This gated collection is perfectly situated near the Providence master plan and very close to Mt. Charleston, Floyd Lamb State Park and other recreational and shopping centers," she said.

"There are brand new parks within walking distance and many other opportunities for families who enjoy nature and outdoor recreation."

Harmony Homes updates home shoppers on its Internet networking sites such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and MySpace. Nikki Davis, the company's Internet concierge, keeps followers updated on new pricing, offers and activities from the builder.

"For example, YouTube.com has a Harmony Heights channel that allows viewers to see our model homes before they even step foot in the community," Davis said. "And our live online chat feature on our Web site allows them to ask questions at any time in a manner that is most convenient to them."

Among the specials this weekend at Harmony Heights are appliance packages that include a refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer, microwave and dishwasher included with each home.

Interior features like cultured marble countertops in the baths and granite slab countertops are normally considered upgrades in other communities, according to Wilson.

Harmony Heights offers three two-story floor plans ranging from 1,616 to 2,246 square feet. Plan C is among measures 2,246 square feet, and includes four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, living room, family room, dining room and loft or optional fifth bedroom.

"All of the homes at Harmony Heights have walk-in closets, but in Plan C the master closet is nearly as large as a bedroom," Wilson said.

All homes in the collection include two-car garages and three elevations, or exterior stylings, per plan. Plan A and Plan C are offered with optional kitchen islands.

Standard features at Harmony Heights include finished garages, ceiling fan prewiring and cable outlets in all bedrooms and family rooms/dens and rear yard barbecue stubs.

Harmony Homes is selling residences in six Las Vegas neighborhoods, including Harmony Pointe, Harmony Springs, Harmony Heights, Harmony Sands, Alpian Meadows and Rivendell.

Prices at Harmony Homes start at $139,990 and sizes range from 1,286 to 4,035 square feet. All Harmony Homes are Energy Star certified.

Harmony Heights model homes are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.

The sales office is located at 7651 Anatolian St. near the intersection of Hualapai Way and Farm Road.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, on the north side of town and exit Hualapai Way.

Head north on Hualapai and pass Farm Road to the community on the left.
