Harmony to hold Stone Haven grand opening today, Sunday

Harmony Homes will open its 15th Las Vegas neighborhood this weekend with the grand opening of Stone Haven. The gated collection near Las Vegas Boulevard and Warm Springs Road is located south of the Las Vegas Strip.

Four two-story and one single-story floor plans are offered at Stone Haven, ranging from 1,271 to 1,667 square feet. Prices in the collection start at $135,000.

"This is a great community for those who work on the Strip and don't want a long commute," said Tom Zora, sales agent.

Stone Haven has one model home available for viewing. The Kensington is a 1,667-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft and two-car garage. The kitchen and cooking island overlook the dining room. Options include a master retreat, loft, fireplace in the master bedroom or a two-way fireplace in the great room.

"Each home includes granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel sinks and beech cabinetry in the kitchen as well as cultured marble countertops in the baths," Zora said.

Stone Haven offers a gated entrance, landscaped common areas, neighborhood park and community pool.

During its grand opening celebration, Harmony Homes also is offering a financial incentive that can be used towards closing costs when using the builder's preferred lender.

Harmony Homes is selling homes in 15 Las Vegas neighborhoods including Harmony Pointe, Harmony Springs, Harmony Heights, Harmony Sands, Stone Haven, Alpian Meadows at Mountain's Edge, Rivendell at Mountain's Edge, Avalon at Vista Cielo, Laguna at Vista Cielo, Capistrano at Vista Cielo, Las Rosas, Summit at Sunrise Highlands, Talus at Sunrise Highlands, Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas and Ladera Terrace at Summerlin.

Prices start in the mid $90,000s with sizes ranging from 1,462 to 4,035 square feet.
