Heck on August jobless: ‘Stop beating around bush and address problem’

Rep. Joe Heck, R-Nev., responding to news that unemployment in Nevada continued to climb to 13.4 percent in August, said this in a statement:
“This once again underscores the need to create certainty and stability in our economy. America’s job creators at all levels have made it clear that they need certainty and stability about the future, and America’s workers need certainty about their job security. Washington needs to stop beating around the bush and start adopting solutions that address the problem. Let's pass a Balanced Budget Amendment, protect workers and entrepreneurs from government overreach, and get Nevadans back to work.“
