Home prices in Harmony’s Daybreak start at $189,990

Harmony Home’s Daybreak community, near Sunrise Mountain, is featuring two models and three floor plans ranging from 1,739 to 2,275 square feet, with prices starting at $189,990. All floor plans are two-story designs, and the 2,275-square-foot plan offers as many as five bedrooms.

“Not only are we offering some of the best new-home prices in Southern Nevada at Daybreak, but the luxurious touches we include in all of our homes, from sleek granite countertops to eye-catching paver driveways really add to the overall value of our homes,” Harmony Homes President Robert Beville said. “Daybreak is one of the few communities in Southern Nevada that has homes of this size available for less than $200,000.”

All floor plans feature oversized kitchen islands and ample cabinet space, as well as oversized master bedrooms. The 1,836-square-foot floor plan was designed with a courtyard at the front of the home.

Beville said Daybreak is one of the only new-home developments in the Sunrise Mountain area.

“This is a great area of town for everyone from first-time buyers and families to empty-nesters because of the proximity to great community amenities like parks, golf courses, schools and shopping,” he said. “The Sunrise Mountain community is also home to some of the most breathtaking views of our city, and our buyers say they absolutely love taking walks in the neighborhood at dusk and into the evening to enjoy the beautiful views.”

Daybreak is just minutes from a variety of outdoor amenities, including the Royal Links and Stallion Mountain Golf Clubs, as well as Hollywood Regional Park, the Clark County Wetlands Park and the Sunrise Trailhead, which links to the River Mountains Trail Loop.

Besides its low prices, Harmony Homes is offering great incentives at Daybreak. The builders are offering buyers who close on a home soon a mortgage closing cost incentive. The builder is also giving away a washer, dryer and refrigerator.

All homes built by Harmony Homes are part of the builder’s five-star energy certification, which includes energy-efficient features like radiant barriers to help reduce heat transfer through the roof and attic; low-e windows that help reflect heat away from the glass; vinyl window frames for superior insulation; and 13 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating heating, ventilation and cooling systems that hold the government-recommended 13 rating and use less energy per unit. Homes also feature sealed ducts and upgraded insulation to help reduce energy consumption.

Harmony Homes has sold more than 1,600 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008. It offers 10 neighborhoods throughout Southern Nevada, with one- and two-story homes priced from the $150,000s and ranging from 1,479 to 4,671 square feet. It is also offering two new communities in Southern California.

Sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Monday, when they open at noon. For more information about Daybreak, call 702-527-7700, or visit www.harmonyhomes.com.
