Pardee Homes' Rockwood at Prescott Park in North Las Vegas offers homes starting in the high $200,000s, according to Pardee regional sales director Rob Tuvell.

Rockwood's one- and two-story floor plans offer three to five bedrooms, up to 3 1/2 baths and two- or three-car garages in 1,596 to 2,917 square feet. Lot sizes average 4,500 square feet and prices ranges from $292,950 to $414,950.

Located at the northwest corner of Grand Teton Drive and Aviary Way, north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, the neighborhood is near a 4.5-acre community park, which features a tot lot and playground structure, climbing wall, game tables, basketball half-court, large open field, amphitheater, picnic benches, barbecue grill and shade structure. It is available exclusively to residents of Rockwood and neighboring Reston and their guests.

The 1,596-square-foot Rockwood Plan One is a single-story design with three bedrooms, den or optional fourth bedroom, two baths and two-car garage. The home has an alternative kitchen option that expands it and creates a smaller living room space.

Plan Two measures 1,688 square feet with three bedrooms, den, two baths and two-car garage in a single-story design. The home can be built with a secondary bedroom in lieu of the den and a retreat off the master bedroom in lieu of another secondary bedroom.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, travel about 1 1/2 miles and turn left on Grand Teton. Remain on Grand Teton, turning right onto Aviary and then left into the community and right to reach the model homes.
