Just outside the city, a better lifestyle is within reach

There’s a price you pay for living in a metropolitan area. Actually, there’s more than one price. There’s the financial aspect, when the cost of your home is determined by its proximity to desirable areas.

Then there’s the price you pay for lifestyle.

All too often, people believe they have to choose between the two.

For those wanting the best of both, William Lyon Homes presents Series I at Entrata and Series II at Tivoli, two neighborhoods in the master-planned Mountain Falls community. These all-single-story plans, priced from $145,000, provide buyers with dynamic, spacious, affordable homes surrounded by quality-of-life-enhancing natural beauty.

Special buyer incentives are available on move-in-ready home purchases completed by year’s end.

Mountain Falls is 45 miles west of Las Vegas, in the shadow of Mount Charleston. But as a home and lifestyle choice, it can feel like a world away.

“There’s a slower pace here that people find very appealing — especially given how fast life seems to move these days,” Mountain Falls sales representative Deborah Davis said. “Interestingly, the charm and beauty of this area is attractive to both young families, who want to raise their kids with a sense of small-town values, as well as to those who are downsizing after the kids are gone and simply want a more relaxed way of life. Mountain Falls is quite unique in that way.”

Series I at Entrata, priced from $145,000, offers four single-story designs ranging from 1,514 to 2,102 square feet, with three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages. Standard features include nine-foot ceilings with dramatic windows, kitchens with generous pantries and island workstations.

Series II at Tivoli, priced from $216,000, offers four one-story plans ranging from 2,055 to 2,741 square feet with up to four bedrooms and three baths, all with three-car garages.

Features include slab-granite kitchen countertops, recessed lighting, garden tubs and multiple water- and energy-saving features with customizing options available.

Complementing both neighborhoods are miles of green, tree-lined avenues that wind throughout the par-72 Mountain Falls championship golf course.

William Lyon Homes is offering a voucher for one round of golf at Mountain Falls Golf Club, along with one lunch and beverage at The Grill Room to visitors who tour these models.

To visit the Series I and Series II homes in Mountain Falls, take Blue Diamond Road west approximately 45 minutes. Before reaching Pahrump, turn left on Manse Road.

Then right on Hafen Ranch, and left on Lakeview.

The on-site information center and model homes are open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. daily, except Mondays, when they open at 1 p.m. For more information, call 775-751-3278 or 775-727-0429, or visit www.mountainfalls.com.
