Lennar kicks off big sales event today

To kick off summer, Lennar will host a valleywide sales event this weekend. The builder is calling it "Everything Under The Sun."

The sale will begin today and continue through July 10.

According to the builder's Sales Manager Joy Broddle the sale will include special pricing and Lennar's signature Everything's Included program, which provides for upgraded features that are included in the price of the home.

"Our buyers won't have to deal with high-priced design centers that are common among other builders; there are no hidden costs in a Lennar home. All they need to do is move in and enjoy their fully upgraded new home," Broddle said.

"This event is so big, we have decided to throw in everything when you purchase one of Lennar's new homes across the valley," she said.

Throughout June, buyers may receive as much as $25,000 in financial incentives and special interest rates when they use Lennar's preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Co.

Homebuyers could also receive $3,000 toward backyard landscaping on select homes, according to Broddle.

"Our 'Everything's Included' homes are continuing to be a huge hit among homebuyers," said Arnold Loya, new home consultant. These Everything's Included homes offer the latest in green technology that saves homeowners money, according to Broddle.

Lennar homes offer low-energy dual-pane vinyl windows, low-VOC paint, radiant-barrier roof sheeting, improved insulation and dual-flush toilets.
