Lennar offers financial incentives, upgrades

Lennar is offering upgraded homes, low prices and financing at two neighborhoods in Providence, a master-planned community in the northwestern valley.

In partnership with its preferred lender, Universal American Mortgage Co., Lennar is offering buyers an a special interest rate on mortgages.

"We believe we're offering homebuyers our very best selection of homes in Providence at the most savings possible," said Jamie Lazar, Lennar new home consultant. Arbor Ridge is a gated community with views of the Las Vegas Valley. These single-family homes present features and upgrades included at no extra cost. The four two-story homes range from 1,450 to 1,804 square feet of living space, three bedrooms and are priced from the $100,000s..

Also priced from the 100,000s, Lennar's Hampton Glen offers four floor plans that range from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and 2½ baths. The two-story floor plans are well designed and offer options for bonus rooms, master and secondary bedrooms.

Both neighborhoods boast gourmet-inspired kitchens, master suites with walk-in closets, oversized spa tubs and dual sinks. Plus, each home comes with GE stainless steel appliances and GE washers and dryers.

Residents of Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen will also enjoy the gated community and have exclusive access to a community park and direct access to the Providence Promenade.

These upgrades are a part of Lennar's Everything's Included home and offer buyers upgraded home features that are included in the price of the home.

Some of these standard features are raised-panel maple cabinetry with upper-crown molding, GE stainless steel appliances and designer selected granite slab kitchen countertops with a 4-inch back splash.
