Lennar opens Highlands models

Lennar unveiled new models last week at its Glengarry neighborhood, located in the Anthem Highlands master-planned community in Henderson.

Three two-story floor plans are available. Prices start from the $300,000s.

“Everyone is thrilled by the elegant look of the new interiors,” said sales agent Hal Smith. “Our models show off all of the Lennar ‘Everything You Want, Everything You Need’ program amenities like the slab granite kitchen countertops, our upgraded appliances, including the refrigerator, washer and dryer, and even 2-inch faux wood blinds.”

The 1,959-square-foot Aberdeen is a two-story design of three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Design highlights include a full width veranda off the master suite and covered patio off the combination family room and kitchen, utility room with direct garage access and under-stairwell storage.

The St. Andrew model measures 2,102 square feet. The two-story, four-bedroom home includes a master suite veranda, 2 1/2 baths, first-floor covered patio and two-car garage.

The island kitchen is highlighted by a pantry.

The largest new model is the two-story Turnberry with 2,458 square feet, four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, covered patio and second-level veranda.

The double-door entry is set with an angle and opens to a formal foyer with guest powder room, and formal living and dining rooms.

An angled wall with a raised-hearth fireplace separates the formal living area from the home’s family room.

The island kitchen includes an informal dining nook with a classic French door leading to the patio.

The design includes understairwell storage.

The master suite with private veranda is situated at the second floor with a master bath that includes separate dual walk-in wardrobes, oval garden tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, private water closet and dual sinks.

The second floor includes loft area, laundry room, linen storage closet and seccondary bedrooms.

Glengarry’s Muirfield is a two-story home, measuring 1,615 square feet and offering three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

According to Smith, all modeled plans are available for immediate occupancy.

Glengarry is located at Anthem Highlands Drive and Democracy Drive. Take Eastern south to Sun City Anthem Drive. Turn right on Sun City Anthem Drive. Make a right on Bicentennial to Anthem Highlands. Turn left on Anthem Highlands to Democracy and follow signs to the Welcome Home Center.

Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when it closes at 3 p.m.
