Lennar promotes space within Westminster

Lennar's Westminster neighborhood, located in the Providence master-planned community in the northwestern valley, offers estate-size homes on large lots, Lennar sales manager Michele Loker said.

Residences measure from 3,123 to more than 4,400 square feet, and sit on home sites 7,700 square feet and larger.

"Westminster is beyond big," Loker said. "This community seems larger than life. It is surrounded by incredible mountain vistas in almost every direction, and offers a big list of included standard luxuries and amenities."

Westminster offers a selection of upgraded features that include Lennar's full complement of stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator, granite countertops, 42-inch raised-panel maple cabinetry with crown molding. An upgraded washer and dryer are also provided at no additional cost.

Additional benefits include coordinated plumbing and lighting packages, coffered ceilings, comprehensive prewiring including CAT-5E, and cultured marble vanities in all baths.

Home designs at Westminster include the single-story Brentwood and four two-story models: San Clemente, Palisades, Thousand Oaks and Coronado.

The open, airy Brentwood presents 3,123 square feet with four bedrooms, 21/2 baths and split three-car garage. The main living areas separate the master suite from the three additional bedrooms at the opposite side of the home. The formal foyer opens into the dining room.

The San Clemente is a 4,110-square-foot residence. Its family room opens to a rear covered patio and also opens to a country-style chef's kitchen and informal dining nook. The kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry and island with bar-counter seating.

The Coronado design features a courtyard-style entry that opens to a towering two-story turreted foyer topped by a cupola with detail windows. The home's family room has a corner fireplace and a wall of windows looking out to the covered patio.

The second level of the 4,416-square-foot residence presents a master suite with private veranda and coffered ceilings in the bedroom. Also on the second floor is a loft that opens to a turret rotunda and provides access to two bedrooms.
