Lennar touts three southwest properties

Lennar features three neighborhoods within the Mountain's Edge master-planned community in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.

They are priced from the $300,000s. Model homes are now open at all three neighborhoods.

Full stainless-steel appliance packages are available. Washer and dryer and window coverings are included at no extra cost.

Diamond Creek, at Richmar Avenue and Cimarron Road, offers four single-family homes -- the Baguette, Emerald, Princess and Marquise.

The two-story models feature 1,384 to 1,872 square feet with three or four bedrooms, two or three baths and two-car garages.

Home highlights include open living spaces, master suites, recessed media niches, and kitchens with extensive counter workspace and handy pantries.

Escalante, at Mountain's Edge Parkway and Buffalo Drive, presents a series of two-story homes from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet.

The designs feature master suites and an upstairs bonus room in the largest plan.

Master suites feature a walk-in closet, oversized garden tub, cultured marble vanity and designer faucets.

Tuscany Ridge provides five luxury residences in both single and two-story designs.

Elements include double-height windowed walls, cut-out walls that reveal glimpses of another living space, fireplaces, stairwells with ledges and shelves for artwork or plants.

Residences are sized from 1,497 to 2,700 square feet. Pricing begins in the $300,000s.

The two-story Napa residence at Tuscany Ridge features 2,273 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car tandem garage.

The home's design highlights include a covered patio, a large second-floor loft and a private master suite with a retreat accented by a bay window and private veranda.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, turn west to Buffalo Drive, south on Buffalo and follow the signs.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Mondays when it closes at 3 p.m.
