Lennar valley homes ready for the holidays

Lennar has homes that are ready to close in November at nine communities in the Las Vegas Valley. That means homeowners can move in by the upcoming holidays.

Among these communities are Madison Grove in Providence, a master-planned community in the northwest, and Windsor Hill Estates in the northwest.

Windsor Hill Estates offers two single-story homes available for immediate move-in. They are nestled behind private entry gates in the northwest area on nearly half-acre homesites.

The Catalina plan measures 4,310 square feet with five bedrooms, den, 3½ baths and a three-car garage. This single-story plan features upgraded granite and cabinet stain.

The Bel Air plan is a single-story design measuring 3,911 square feet with four bedrooms, bonus room, 3½ baths, and three-car garage. The home includes blinds and four additional ceiling fans.

At the gated Madison Grove community in Providence, two two-story homes are available for quick-move-in and have 3,864 square feet, five bedrooms, 3½ baths, loft and three-car garages. Per plan, these homes include balconies, downstairs bedrooms, fireplace in the family room and upgraded cabinetry stain. Some homes have pool-sized homesites. Plus, the neighborhood has a private park.

All Lennar homes are Energy Star certified and include a warranty program at no extra cost, with some of the homes' features being under warranty for as long as 10 years.

Lennar's customer care team will schedule home visits 30, 60 and 330 days after a home is purchased to make sure homeowners are getting the most out of their warranty.
