Loretto Bay anniversary nears

Pageantry Homes is only days away from starting the first anniversary celebration of Loretto Bay, a resort-style planned community in Henderson that features three neighborhoods. From Sept. 28 to Nov. 15, Pageantry will give a free stainless-steel appliance upgrade package to the first 44 buyers.

Offering luxury condominiums, townhomes and single-family attached homes in a gated community, Loretto Bay residences range from 1,139 to 2,381 square feet and prices start in the low $200,000s. The community features architecture inspired by Santa Barbara at all three neighborhoods: Villa Azure, La Tesoro and Bella Lago.

Loretto Bay features a landscaped entrance with brick pavers and rows of mature palm trees. A Santa Barbara-style mission bell tower distinguishes Loretto Bay's community clubhouse, and a network of walking trails connects the three neighborhoods. Villa Azure is a 152-unit luxury condominium neighborhood with two single-story floor plans.

Plan One includes three bedrooms, two baths and a patio in 1,272 square feet. Plan Two features two bedrooms, two baths and a patio in 1,139 square feet.

La Tesoro includes six floor plans ranging from 1,406 to 1,862 square feet. The two-story townhomes come with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. These homes also include porches and upper balconies. Some of the plans in the 154-unit neighborhood have wrap-around upper balconies.

Bella Lago offers 137 single-family attached homes with driveways for each residence and a private gated entry. The neighborhood's three floor plans are all two-story designs with 21/2 baths.

The Plan One and Plan Two models each have three bedrooms, and the Plan Three offers four bedrooms with an optional loft bedroom.

Prices start from the $300,000s.

Some of the standard features at Loretto Bay include Whirlpool appliances; paver driveways; prewiring electrical packages; raised-panel doors with lever hardware; low-emittance windows for energy efficiency and large closets and pantry spaces.

At the Bella Lago neighborhood, outdoor patios are standard in Plans One and Two.

The La Tesoro townhomes offer standard porches or patios and standard balconies or decks.

Money saved on these standard features allows buyers to spend money on upgrades they otherwise might not have considered, according to the builder.

Located in Henderson near Green Valley, Loretto Bay rests inside its own natural valley.

The community is close to many restaurants, schools, parks and recreational amenities as well as numerous shops in The District beside the Green Valley Ranch Casino Resort.
