Man known for pregnancy gets probation for stalking ex-wife
A transgender Arizona man was sentenced Monday to one year of unsupervised probation for stalking his ex-wife.
Thomas Beatie, 41, pleaded guilty last month to one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, KPHO reported. He was arrested last year for stalking ex-wife Nancy Beatie.
Police said Beatie installed a GPS device on his fromer wife's car so he could track where she was going.
Beatie, born female, made international headlines in 2007 for becoming pregnant. His wife was unable to conceive children, so Beatie, who still had female reproductive hormones, received artificial insemination.
He gave birth to his first child in 2008 and had three children by 2011.
