Medical professionals choose Pardee

The Lacap family will celebrate its first anniversary as Southern Nevadans this month. The milestone brings with it appreciation of their new Pardee Home in the master-planned Eldorado community in North Las Vegas.

The Lacaps’ home is in the gated LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Heights neighborhood.

“We feel really blessed to have found our home at Eldorado Heights,” said Monette Lacap, a University Medical Center hospitalist. “The Residence Three has everything we wanted in a house, including the GenSmart Suite. And, our children love the house,” she said, referring to daughters Alyssa and Audrey.

Ansel, an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist, was the first to move. He came last summer from Northern California after accepting a job transfer to a Dignity Health hospital in Henderson.

“We have family in the area and asked around when we started our new-home search,” Ansel said. “That process reinforced our decision to buy a Pardee Home, based on their great reputation and floor plans.”
