After seven hours of three handed play, and more than 150 hands of no-limit hold’em, here’s where we stand in the never-ending World Series of Poker Main Event.
Greg Merson has the chip lead with 105.425 million. Jesse Sylvia is in second with 60.05 million and Jake Balsiger is third with 32.5 million.
Once again, Balsiger survived elimination. On the 289th hand Balsiger was all-in with king-jack to Sylvia’s ace-four. Kings on the flop and turn gave Balsiger three-of-a-kind and kept his hope in the tournament alive.
