Mirasol ready for big splash

Adding to its collection of seven models within the backdrop of the Mountain's Edge master plan, Toll Brothers is nearing completion on a pool house for residents at Mirasol.

With its two-story Mediterranean cabana, the community area includes a 2,000-square-foot pool, spa, covered patio, barbecue area and restrooms.

Designed in an open-air style, the pool house has a lookout area on the second floor that provides views of the neighborhood and surrounding area.

A gated community of semi-custom homes, Mirasol features seven two-story, single-family floor plans in two collections -- Balboa and Monterossa.

The Balboa Collection includes four floor plans -- the Miramar, Sonoma, Solano and Verano. Ranging from 2,489 to 3,400 square feet, the homes are designed with courtyards, master suites, formal dining rooms, great rooms and kitchens.

The Monterossa collection, beginning in the high $500,000s, has three floor plans that range from 2,600 to 3,142 square feet -- the Bellini, the Trapani and the Botticelli. Homes feature up to four bedrooms and three-car garages.

The Bellini model features a detached guest casita, which looks onto the home's private entry courtyard. A loft, accessed by a staircase from the first-floor master bedroom, can act as a retreat.

The three-bedroom Trapani features a courtyard leading to a foyer. A bonus room can be ideal as an office, children's playroom or a fourth bedroom.

Designed around a central interior courtyard, the Botticelli features a turret tower, while the first floor features formal dining and living rooms, great room, powder room and a bonus room.
