COMMUNITY RELATIONS

Wynn Resorts named Jocelyn Bluitt-Fisher director of community relations. Bluitt-Fisher brings more than 10 years of high-level corporate philanthropy experience.

FINANCE

Chase named Curtis Reed as its market manager for middle market banking in Nevada and Arizona. Reed brings nearly 20 years of commercial banking leadership to his new role and has been with Chase and its predecessor companies since 1996.

McCarthy Kaster CPAs announced that Donna Uy earned her CPA designation in the state of Nevada. Uy focuses on business accounting and tax preparation at the firm.

HEALTH CARE

Humana named Victoria Coley the Nevada and Arizona market vice president, the leader of its new health care sales team. Coley will focus on partnering with agents and employers, and delivering ongoing support, data-driven insights and coordinated service. With its new sales direction, Humana promoted Jean Higginbotham to Nevada and Arizona sales director.

LAW

Lewis Roca Rothgerber named Marla Hudgens associate to the firm’s Las Vegas and Reno offices. Hudgens joined the firm’s litigation practice group and focuses her practice on civil, commercial and appellate litigation at the federal and state levels.

MEDIA RELATIONS

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas named Darryl Seibel associate athletics director of external relations. Seibel was the chief communications officer for the U.S. Olympic Committee from 2003 to 2009 and then served as director of communications and olympic media strategy for the British Olympic Association through this year’s Winter Games in Sochi.

NONPROFIT

Rebuilding Together Southern Nevada appointed two new board members: Bridget E. Branch, vice president, small-business banker for Bank of America; and Kathleen Lynch, senior associate for Gensler. They join a 13-member board that oversees finances and strategic planning.

Jennifer Gaynor, a shareholder in Lionel Sawyer & Collins’ gaming and regulatory law department, was named to the board of the Nevada Preservation Foundation, whose mission is to provide historic designation and grant support to neighborhoods, homeowners and business owners who reside in a historic area or own a historic building.

PUBLIC RELATIONS

Natalie Sivertsen joined one7 communications as a junior account executive. Her responsibilities at the firm include media relations, charity involvement and developing public relations strategy.

RETAIL

Double Helix Wine & Whiskey Lounge at Town Square named Michael Pierotti Jr. as its new general manager.

TOURISM

Sundance Helicopters named Mark Cunningham director of marketing and customer experience.
