Slater Hanifan Group named Brian Churchill assistant project manager for flood control.

FINANCE

Nevada State Bank named Dana Adams vice president/learning and development manager. He oversees the training department and programming for colleague career development within the bank.

HEALTH CARE

The Nevada Health Care Association Perry Foundation named Francine Lincer compliance and education director. She will craft educational programs for the foundation, including facilitation of all educational workshops and webinars.

LAW

Greene Infuso, a Las Vegas commercial bankruptcy, litigation and personal injury law firm, welcomed Shawn L. Walkenshaw.

Jeffrey Steffen joined Hutchison & Steffen as of counsel. Steffen will focus his practice in the areas of corporate and commercial law, landlord/tenant law, asset protection and business planning, real estate and construction law.

Fennemore Craig Jones Vargas said Michael E. Buckley and William C. “Dave” Davis Jr. were named to Chambers USA 2014 for Real Estate. Buckley’s practice involves commercial and real estate law with an emphasis on commercial lending. Davis concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate, representing clients in all aspects, and renewable energy development and permitting.

Alverson, Taylor, Mortensen & Sanders managing partner Bruce Alverson, has been reappointed as chairman of the amicus curiae committee by the American Board of Trial Attorneys. Partner LeAnn Sanders serves on the organization’s national board of directors and was recently named co-chairwoman.

NONPROFIT

The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance named Michael Erin chief of staff and global initiatives manager. In addition, Snell & Wilmer attorney John Delikanakis was named to the alliance’s board of directors and the Modern Contemporary Art Museum’s advisory board.

The Children’s Specialty Center of Nevada, the state’s only nonprofit pediatric specialty treatment center, announced its laboratory has met or surpassed all criteria and received laboratory accreditation from the Office Laboratory Accreditation Commission.

SPORTS

ESPN named John Saccenti executive director of the Royal Purple Las Vegas Bowl. Saccenti has been working on the bowl staff since 2001, leading the event’s sales efforts in the market. A 1998 graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Saccenti began his professional career with the local minor league baseball team (AAA Las Vegas Stars) and hockey team (IHL Las Vegas Thunder) before becoming the marketing manager for the XFL’s Las Vegas Outlaws. He joined ESPN Regional Television, an ESPN subsidiary, in 2001 and most recently held the title of senior manager event sponsorship and marketing/associate executive director for the Las Vegas Bowl.
