Pardee continues Homes’ Clearance

The Pardee Homes' Clearance Event, currently underway, features new mark downs on remaining move-in-ready homes at 15 neighborhoods valleywide.

"We are motivated to sell and are featuring a broad selection of homes priced from the $100,000s to the $500,000s and we've reduced prices up to 49 percent for these upgraded homes," said Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes.

"Our Clearance Event features incredible prices for new homes, which, in many cases, include landscaping packages and upgraded appliances. And, many of the homes are part of Pardee's EnergySmart program, which results in additional energy savings for the buyer," Tuvell said.

At Lake Las Vegas Resort, Pardee's Bella Fiore offers some of the deepest discounts.

For example, Plan Three-B at home site 63 is priced at $532,644, down from $1,087,144. This move-in ready home measures 3,959 square feet with four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, three-car tandem garage, library, bonus room, fireplace, granite kitchen countertops and cherry kitchen cabinets, front and back yard landscaping with built-in outdoor cooking area.

Also at Bella Fiore is Plan Four-C at home site 61, which is now priced at $578,398, down from $1,120,398.

Plan Three-C at home site 34 is priced at $508,217, down from $1,035,247.

In the Sunrise Mountain area at Pardee's Sunrise Highlands community, Arrowhead Plan Two-B at home site 147 is priced at $180,545, down from $335,545. The home measures 1,680 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, two-car garage, Corian kitchen countertops and maple kitchen cabinets, tile floors, back-yard landscaping and a cul-de-sac home site.

Also at Sunrise Highlights is Sierra Plan Two-B at home site 639, which measures 1,718 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, den, fireplace, Corian kitchen countertops, oak kitchen cabinets, appliance package with refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, tile floors, mini-blinds, rear-yard landscaping and a cul-de-sac lot. At Highgate in the master-planned Providence community, Plan Four-B at home site 195 measures 3,413 square feet with four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, two-car plus swing garage, loft, granite kitchen countertops, cherry kitchen cabinets and KitchenAid stainless steel appliances. It is priced at $334,151, down from $623,370.

At Autumn Ridge in Aliante, a master-planned community in the northwestern valley, Plan Three-B at home site 171 is priced at $378,945, down from $624,745. The home measures 3,386 square feet with four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, two-car garage, studio, two lofts, fireplace, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances and cherry kitchen cabinets.

In southwestern Las Vegas, Pardee has reduced prices on remaining inventory at La Puerta in Mountain's Edge, a master-planned community. La Puerta Plan Three-B at home site 147 measures 1,962 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, den, granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer, refrigerator and mini-blinds included. It is priced at $229,926, down from $389,926.

Also, Pardee's Rosetta Plan One-A at home site 130 measures 1,444 square feet with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, two-car garage, granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer and 2-inch faux wood blinds included. It is priced at $199,150, down from $272,500.
