Pardee debuts Horizon Ridge homes

Pardee Homes' newest Southern Nevada neighborhood is Horizon Ridge, located south of the Las Vegas Beltway at Horizon Ridge Parkway and Gibson Road in Henderson.

"Horizon Ridge opened six weeks ago and sales are off to a strong start at the neighborhood, which features an elevated location that provides a unique atmosphere with Black Mountain behind and the Las Vegas Valley beyond," said Pardee Homes' Regional Sales Manager Rob Tuvell.

Horizon Ridge features the builder's LivingSmart collection of three two-story floor plans that range from 2,183 to 3,001 square feet with great and bonus rooms, as many as seven bedrooms and optional decks. Each floor plan can be built with an optional patio/outdoor room with a 12-foot glider package that allows the room to open to the outside. Prices start at $264,950.

Floor plans include the two-story Plan Two, which measures 2,183 square feet and has four bedrooms, three baths, great room, spacious kitchen and two-car garage with optional third bay or workshop.

Plan Three measures 2,523 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, great room, dining room, loft and three-car garage, and can be built with an optional fifth bedroom instead of a loft.

Plan Four measures 3,001 square feet with five bedrooms, three baths, game and great rooms, den and three-car garage. Optional features include a living room instead of a of den and two additional bedrooms and a bath instead of the game room.

To visit, exit the Las Vegas Beltway at Gibson and travel south. Turn left onto Horizon Ridge and right onto Hodgson Street. The models are on the right. The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday. For details, visit www.pardeehomes.com or call 702-604-3332.
