Pardee features homes across Las Vegas Valley

Pardee Homes opened its Horizon neighborhood in North Las Vegas last weekend. Meanwhile, it has reduced the price of its Plan One-A at home site 130 at its Rosetta neighborhood at Mountain's Edge to $224,150. Mountain's Edge is located in the southwestern area of Las Vegas.

Located in Eldorado Highlands on the north end of Pardee's Eldorado planned community in North Las Vegas, Horizon features one- and two-story homes with up to five bedrooms and four baths in four floor plans that range from 2,027 to 3,010 square feet with home sites that average about 6,000 square feet. Prices start from $247,950 at Horizon, which is a Pardee EnergySmart neighborhood.

To visit the Horizon neighborhood from Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, exit south on Aliante Parkway and then turn left at Deer Springs Way. Take Deer Springs Way east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right. As part of its Red Door Deals promotion, Pardee Homes is featuring Plan-One A at home site 130 at Rosetta in Mountain's Edge for a reduced price. The home measures 1,444 square feet with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths and was recently reduced to $224,150.

Rosetta's two-story homes offer three to four bedrooms, 21/2 or three baths and two-car garages. They range from 1,444 square feet to 1,881 square feet. Floor plans include great rooms and personal options such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected.
