Pardee launches September event

Pardee Homes is offering incentives on new home purchases through Sept. 30.

Program highlights include the federal tax credit of up to $8,000 for qualified first-time home buyers closing escrow on a principal residence before Dec. 1, plus an $8,000 Pardee credit through Sept. 30 that can be applied toward closing costs. "Pardee is setting a whole new standard with homes throughout the Las Vegas Valley that will appeal to families of all sizes and in all stages of life, from first home to empty nester," Rob Tuvell, regional sales director for Pardee Homes, said.

As part of Pardee Homes' New Standard program, designer upgrades such as granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel kitchen appliances are included as standard features.

"These items are considered upgrades with other builders, but they are now standard with a new Pardee home," Tuvell said.

Energy efficiency is another feature of the program for Pardee. According to Tuvell, the builder's LivingSmart program offers lower energy and water bills, healthier indoor air and greater indoor comfort. The program includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes.

Pardee neighborhoods participating in the Pardee September Event include Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas Resort, Riverstone at Prescott Park in North Las Vegas, Horizon and Northpointe at Eldorado Highlands in North Las Vegas, Solamar at Vista Verde in northwestern Las Vegas, Rosetta at Mountain's Edge in southwestern Las Vegas, Trail Ridge near Mountain's Edge in southwestern Las Vegas, Ashwood in Nevada Trails off of Rainbow Boulevard and Robindale Road and Montclaire in Henderson off of Horizon Ridge Parkway and Jeffreys Street.

"With record low interest rates, new pricing that starts in the mid-$100,000s and significant tax credits for those who qualify, the timing has never been better for home buyers," Tuvell said.
