Pardee offers award-winning Plan One within San Rafael

Pardee Homes' award-winning San Rafael Plan One measures 1,577 square feet and houses three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

The home is in the San Rafael neighborhood at Ann Road near Clayton Street in North Las Vegas.

"The floor plan has a formal entry and open great room that adjoins the kitchen, creating a nice open environment," said Rob Tuvell, the company's regional sales director.

"Upstairs, a loft in lieu of bedroom three creates a spacious feel."

Through June 30, Pardee is featuring its Ready Set Save promotion, highlighting a selection of move-in ready homes, including homes at San Rafael, according to Tuvell.

Amenities include a small park and walking path in addition to cul-de-sacs and tree-lined curvilinear streets.

Offering up to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in up to 2,331 square feet, homes are priced from $276,900 to $317,900. Each two-story home features high-volume ceilings downstairs with a master bedroom suite with oval soaking tub and separate shower, an upstairs loft and upstairs laundry facility.

The Plan Two includes 1,651 square feet with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and two-car garage. It is also available with up to four bedrooms and three baths in 1,860 square feet.

The 1,820-square-foot Plan Three offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. An optional game room is also available in the plan.

Plan Four includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and two-car garage in 1,985 square feet. It is also available with up to 2,331 square feet, including an optional game room.

To visit from Craig Road, travel north on Camino Al Norte until it becomes Camino Eldorado, proceed north to Ann Road and turn left. The model park entrance is one-half mile ahead on the left.
