Pardee offers single-story homes at Durango Ranch
Pardee Homes’ Durango Ranch features a collection of all single-story homes, including a select few that are expected to be completed in November.

Pardee has two Cimarron floor plans that are expected to start construction in July.

The Laramie plan is also expected to start construction next month with completion expected in November. The floor plan measures 3,849 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, great and game rooms, den and three-car garage. The home can be built with an optional fifth bedroom instead of the den. This home is priced from $482,490.
The homes include a list of standard features such as 42-inch birch kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, slab-granite kitchen countertops in a choice of four colors and two-tone interior paint.
