Pardee to introduce new designs in 2015

Pardee Homes is looking ahead to 2015 with new neighborhoods including Bella Verdi in Inspirada and Encanto in southwest Las Vegas.

“Pardee will introduce new-home designs in new neighborhoods in 2015, including additions in Inspirada, southwest Las Vegas and in the Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas,” Pardee Homes Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said.

Bella Verdi, expected to open in the spring, will feature a two-story new homes design ranging from 2,804 to 3,318 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths, two-and three-car garages along with great rooms, lofts and game rooms on select plans.

Bella Verdi will also offer Pardee’s GenSmart Suite option for multigenerational living. The neighborhood will be near two newly opened Henderson parks in the master-planned Inspirada community.

Encanto, also expected to open in the spring, is near the intersection of Fort Apache Road and Patrick Lane in the southwestern valley.

Encanto will feature all single-story floor plans with a twist — a unique, optional second-floor space designed as a large loft and bath, or loft, bedroom and bath.

Pardee will also offer its GenSmart Suite at Encanto, where floor plan designs will range from 2,639 to 3,551 square feet with three-car garages, plus Pardee’s stackable door feature that creates indoor/outdoor living options.

Bella Verdi will be Pardee Homes’ third neighborhood in Inspirada, joining Alterra and Solano.

Solano at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range from 2,187 to 2,433 square feet in size with as many as four bedrooms and three baths with covered patios or outdoor rooms. Prices start from $287,950.

Alterra at Inspirada is a collection of two-story homes that range from 3,227 to 4,165 square feet with as many as six bedrooms and 4½ baths. Prices start from $454,950.

Near the future Encanto neighborhood is Pardee’s Summerglen, a collection of three two-story floor plans with 2,402 square feet of living space with as many as five bedrooms and patio covers standard. Prices start from $294,950 at the neighborhood, which is off Sunset Road just west of Fort Apache.
