Pardee’s Durango Ranch has homes ready for 2013

Pardee Homes' Durango Ranch features a collection of all single-story homes, including a select few that are move-in-ready.
Durango Ranch, near the southeast corner of Durango Drive and Pebble Road in the southwestern valley, features single-story plans that range from 2,972 to 3,849 square feet on one-third-acre home sites and offer optional casitas.
The homes at Durango Ranch offer as many as five bedrooms, optional detached casitas, three-car garages, Nevada Rooms (optional enclosed rooms in lieu of a covered patio), large kitchens, great rooms and optional recreational vehicle parking pads. Prices start from $378,490.
A move-in-ready Plan 3-B measures 4,142 square feet with four bedrooms, 3½ baths, three-car garage, den/office, game room and buyer's selection of flooring. The home, on a cul-de-sac home site, is priced at $451,204.
Another move-in-ready home at Durango Ranch is a Plan 2-B that measures 3,597 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage, den/office, game room, covered patio, paver driveway and buyer's selection of flooring. The home is priced at $431,938.
Durango Ranch Plan One offers three bedrooms, three baths, office or optional fourth bedroom, great room, dining room and three-car garage in 2,972 square feet.
Plan Two measures 3,420 square feet with three bedrooms, office or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, game room, great room, dining room, covered patio or optional Nevada Room and three-car garage.
Plan Three measures 3,849 square feet with four bedrooms and den and options for a fifth bedroom or office, 3½ baths, dining room, game room, great room, optional Nevada Room at the covered patio and three-car garage.
The homes include standard features such as 42-inch birch kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, slab-granite kitchen countertops in a choice of four colors and two-tone interior paint.
Durango Ranch is part of Pardee Homes' LivingSmart program, which includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, company officials said.
Pardee offers two programs to help homebuyers.
Its Smart Move Advantage, an independent company, will rent a qualified buyer's existing home for as long as three years. Through the builder's Homeward Bound program, prospective buyers receive expert assistance on credit issues that can affect home loan availability.
To reach Durango Ranch from Interstate 15, take Blue Diamond Road/State Route 160 west to Durango Drive. Turn right on Durango and turn right at Pebble Road. The model homes and sales office are ahead on the right.
