Pardee’s Durango Ranch has homes ready for occupancy

Pardee Homes has a limited number of move-in-ready homes at its Durango Ranch neighborhood in southwestern Las Vegas.

Durango Ranch features single-story plans that measure as large as 3,853 square feet and can include casitas and Pardee’s GenSmart Suite option. Prices start from $430,990.

A Laramie Plan C at Durango Ranch is move-in-ready. The home measures 3,853 square feet with four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, three-car garage, den, game room, covered patio and buyer’s selection of flooring. It is priced at $544,089 and is on a cul-de-sac home site.

Another move-in-ready home is a Cimarron Plan B at Durango Ranch, with four bedrooms, three baths, three-car garage in 3,420 square feet with a game room, covered patio and buyer’s selection of flooring. The home, on a corner home site, is priced at $515,950.

Durango Ranch’s new-home offerings are in an exclusive gated enclave off Pebble Road and Quarterhorse Lane, just west of Durango Drive. They will feature 23 single-story homes and a small neighborhood park.

“Durango Ranch remains one of our most popular neighborhoods in Southern Nevada,” Pardee Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said. “These move-in-ready homes include many upgrades plus Pardee’s impressive list of standard features including 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, slab-granite kitchen countertops and two-tone interior paint.”

Homes can include optional detached casitas, optional Nevada Rooms — enclosed patios — instead of a covered patio, garages to accommodate up to four cars, large kitchens, great rooms and optional recreational vehicle parking pads. The neighborhood is a part of Pardee Homes’ LivingSmart program, which includes standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor air quality and encourage material conservation and the use of recycled or sustainable resources in new homes, company officials said. LivingSmart provides more than 30 Earth-friendly standard and optional systems and features for new-home buyers, and it applies to every newly designed home the company offers, they said.

To reach Durango Ranch from Interstate 15, take Blue Diamond Road/State Route 160 west to Durango Drive. Turn right on Durango and right at Pebble Road. The model homes and sales office are on the right.
