Pardee’s Rosetta is located in Mountain’s Edge

Pardee Homes' collection of LivingSmart homes at Rosetta starts in price from $159,450 and a limited number of move-in ready homes are currently available at the Mountain's Edge neighborhood.

Scheduled for August completion is a Plan 3-C at home site No. 204 that measures -1,829 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, two-car garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances including microwave and dishwasher, designer-interior paint and buyer's selection of flooring. The home is priced at $177,850.

Also scheduled for August completion is a Rosetta Plan 3-B at home site No. 192 that measures 1,829 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and two-car garage. Priced at $180,300, the home includes stainless steel appliances including microwave and dishwasher, designer- interior paint, low-e windows and buyer's selection of flooring.

Available for immediate move-in is a Plan 4-A at home site No. 193 at Rosetta that measures 1,881 square feet with three bedrooms, 2½ baths, loft and two-car garage. Priced at $179,775, the home includes stainless steel kitchen appliances including microwave and dishwasher, designer-interior paint, five-speaker theater package and buyer's selection of flooring.

Also available is a Plan 3-A at home site No. 201 that measures 1,829 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, two-car garage, stainless steel kitchen appliances with microwave and dishwasher, low-e windows and buyer's selection of flooring. The home is priced at $181,475.

The two-story homes at Rosetta range from 1,444 to 1,881 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and three baths and two-car garages, as well as great rooms and personal options such as covered patios and lofts, depending on the plan selected.

All of Pardee Homes' newly designed homes are part of the builder's LivingSmart brand, which provides standard and optional measures that boost energy efficiency, save water, improve indoor-air quality and encourage material conservation and use of recycled or sustainable resources, according to company officials.

Rosetta is also part of Pardee Home's New Standard program in which features including granite kitchen countertops, beech cabinets and stainless steel appliances are included as standard.

To reach Rosetta at Mountain's Edge, take Blue Diamond Road west to Buffalo Drive and turn left into the Mountain's Edge community. Proceed south on Buffalo Avenue to Cactus Avenue and turn left and follow the signs to the neighborhood.

Pardee Homes' sales offices are open from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday.
