Pardee’s Sandstone homes start at $231,950

Pardee Homes’ new LivingSmart Homes Sandstone is a collection of two-story homes that start in price from $231,950.

The neighborhood is near the southwest corner of Camino Al Norte and Ann roads in the Eldorado area of North Las Vegas.

“For the past 25 years, Pardee Homes has been building in Eldorado and the surrounding area and we’re excited to introduce LivingSmart Homes Sandstone with its affordably priced, energy-efficient designs to our collection of neighborhoods in North Las Vegas,” said Pardee Homes Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell.

LivingSmart Homes Sandstone is near shopping, schools and recreation, and offers easy access to two primary commuter routes — Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway. To reach the neighborhood from Interstate 15, exit at Craig Road and travel west. Turn right on Camino Al Norte and left on Ann. The neighborhood is on the left.

Plan One measures 2,161 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and a two-car garage.

Plan Two measures 2,250 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths, a loft and a two-car garage. It can be built with an optional fifth bedroom instead of a loft, a den in place of the fourth bedroom.

Plan Three measures 2,432 square feet with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a loft and a two-car garage. The home can be built with an optional retreat or office instead of the fourth bedroom.

In the Eldorado master-planned community, Pardee’s gated Eldorado Heights neighborhood features seven new floor plans that range from 2,385 to 4,241 square feet in one- and two-story designs with as many as seven bedrooms and as many as five baths. Floor plans include extra-large kitchen islands, game rooms, a four-car garage, plus the builder’s GenSmart suite. Prices start from $294,450.

Also in Eldorado is LivingSmart Homes Eldorado Ridge, a gated neighborhood featuring four floor plans that range from 1,849 to 3,001 square feet with features including great rooms, bonus rooms and as many as seven bedrooms. Prices currently start from $251,450.

To reach Eldorado Heights and Eldorado Ridge from Sandstone, take Camino Al Norte (which becomes Camino Eldorado Road) north to Aliante Parkway and turn right. Travel north on Aliante Parkway to Deer Springs Road, turn right onto Deer Springs and travel east to Gentle Brook Street and turn right. The model homes and sales office are at 1788 Gentle Brook St.
