Providence contains Lennar quartet

Providence provides the setting for four Lennar neighborhoods -- Hampton Glen, Arbor Ridge, Barrington and Westminster.

Hampton Glen is a gated neighborhood offering four two-story, single-family homes measuring 1,660 to 2,161 square feet. Prices start from the $200,000s.

Homes come with a stainless-steel appliance package that includes a General Electric refrigerator with icemaker, granite kitchen countertops, 36-inch raised-panel oak cabinetry, a new General Electric washer and dryer, and 2-inch faux wood blinds throughout the home. The homes also have prewiring for phones, cable TV, security system and ceilings fans. There is also CAT-5E smart-wiring with a hub.

The three-bedroom, 21/2-bath Sutton model measures 1,660 square feet. The home features an open great room, dining room and a chef's kitchen with a pantry and an island with bar-counter seating.
