Pulte Homes’ buyers receive free landscaping for their backyards

Through the month of October, homebuyers can take advantage of Pulte Homes' no-cost backyard landscaping offer when they purchase a new home at any of the builder's six new-home communities across the Las Vegas Valley.

"This is a great opportunity to find your perfect Pulte Home and complete it with a great backyard landscaping package at no additional cost to the buyer," said Lindsay Motley, vice president of sales for Pulte Homes' Las Vegas Division. "This special offer is available on any new Pulte Home at any of our communities valleywide, regardless of when the home closes, as long as it is purchased on or before October 31st."

In addition to backyard landscaping, new-home purchasers can get closing cost assistance when they buy a new Pulte home. Pulte is currently offering at least 3 percent toward closing costs when buyers finance through Pulte Mortgage LLC.

The builder offers new-home communities in some of the most desirable locations in the valley, according to Motley.

Those partial to Henderson should visit Pulte Homes' Madeira Canyon. Featuring four distinctive neighborhoods, Madeira Canyon has something for everyone, including two single-story home neighborhoods. Eleven floor plans are offered, ranging from 1,762 to 3,364 square feet and priced from the mid-$100,000s. Adjacent to the Anthem, the Madeira Canyon master-planned community features Wallin Elementary School and a 19-acre park with sports courts and ball fields, splash pads, play equipment, shaded ramadas and grass play areas.

For those who prefer Summerlin, Pulte offers three communities. Ventana Amado and Terraza Amado are two of the newest communities located in the Amado at The Mesa village. Pulte's Amado communities feature six floor plans from 1,810 to 2,575 square feet, priced from the low $200,000s. The community also features a private community park and pool. The convenient location off the Las Vegas Beltway and Tropicana Avenue offers great access to all that Summerlin and Las Vegas have to offer nearby, she said.

Villa Trieste is a green-certified community in West Park Village. It offers two-story homes ranging from 1,487 to 1,960 square feet that come with green features such as solar roof paneling, tankless water heaters, energy and water management systems and third-party certification from Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Homes. They are priced from the mid-$100,000s. Villa Trieste is located off the Las Vegas Beltway and Summerlin Centre Parkway, across from Red Rock Resort.
