Pulte Homes’ Timber Creek neighborhood has 13 of 78 homes remaining

A unique combination of large family sized homes, a prime location and competitive pricing has resulted in a great success story for Pulte Homes at the builder's Timber Creek neighborhood in northwestern Las Vegas.

There are 65 homeowners in the intimate 78-home neighborhood and a complete range of floor plan designs are still available for sale, including two that can be ready for move-in within as little as 30 days.

Located near U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road, Timber Creek offers homebuyers a choice of four one- and two-story designs, ranging from 2,559 to 3,799 square feet with up to six bedrooms and 31/2 baths. Prices start at $319,990.

The Plan 2559 design features three bedrooms, plus a loft (or optional fourth bedroom) and 21/2 baths in 2,559 square feet and a three-car garage.

The Plan 2694 is a single-story home with three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and two-car garage in 2,694 square feet. The home features a front courtyard and an open floor plan design with open living and dining room gourmet kitchen with center island

The Plan 3249 offers five bedrooms, 21/2 baths, three-car garage and 3,249 square feet. The home features a first-floor master suite with an additional four bedrooms on the second floor, plus a large game room or optional sixth bedroom and loft. The home is also available with an optional extra full bath.

The Plan 3799 features four bedrooms, 21/2 baths, a three-car garage and 3,799 square feet. The home also has a den (optional fifth bedroom) plus a large game room that offers the option of a sixth bedroom, loft and extra bath.

"At Timber Creek we are offering a collection of some of the most popular floor plan designs Pulte Homes has ever offered in the Las Vegas valley," said Lisa Butler, sales agent for Timber Creek. "Families are finding the values here to be irresistible, considering the spaciousness of these homes, the convenience to so many established retail centers and services, such as Centennial Hills Town Center, and the easy access to both U.S. 95 and the 215 Beltway."

Butler noted that the two homes available for immediate move-in at Timber Creek are a Plan 3249 and a Plan 3799. The Plan 3249 features five bedrooms (including the main-level master), 31/2 baths and huge loft. The Plan 3799 includes five bedrooms, a loft and 3 baths. The home also features upgraded flooring and stainless appliances.

The homes at Timber Creek were the first in Southern Nevada to earn the green-built certification by the Southern Nevada Green Building Partnership, a program the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and the Green Building Initiative of Portland, Oregon designed to bring more environmentally sensitive home building to Southern Nevada.

To qualify for green-built certification, the Timber Creek model homes had to meet stringent SNGBP program requirements for resource, energy and water efficiency and indoor environmental quality, which exceed government codes and industry standards for new-home construction. The homes also qualify for the City of Las Vegas Green Building Program and the Water Smart Home program administered by the Southern Nevada Water Authority and SNHBA.

Additionally, Pulte Homes offers its Signature Standards, which features numerous brand-name amenities as standard features. They include granite counter tops, York heating and air conditioning systems, Mohawk flooring, Sherwin-Williams paint, Moen faucets, Kohler plumbing fixtures, G.E. appliances, Schlage door hardware, Sea Gull lighting and Zodiaq natural quartz surfaces.

Timber Creek is located off of U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road, between Rainbow Boulevard and Rebecca Road. To visit, take U.S. 95 to Ann Road and exit eastbound. Go just past Rainbow Boulevard and turn right on Watch Trail. Hours are Thursday to Tuesday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday from noon to 6 p.m.
