Pulte to host grand opening

Today, Pulte Homes is unveiling brand-new, professionally furnished and decorated model homes at the grand opening celebration of Arden Park, a new single-family neighborhood located on the western side of the valley off Durango Drive and Edna Avenue, just south of Sahara Avenue.

The event will feature performances by a professional BMX bicycle demonstration team, free refreshments and a raffle for prizes. The BMX performances will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and visitors of all ages are invited to take photos with the team and collect autographs.

Priced from the $190,000s, Arden Park is an intimate neighborhood of 40 two-story homes ranging from 1,677 to 2,100 square feet. The subdivision is located around the corner from Desert Breeze Park. The floor plan designs offer as many as four bedrooms and a variety of options for lofts, additional bedrooms and home offices.
