Real Estate website names Turnberry Towers in top 10 deals
Turnberry Towers has been named one of the top 10 most intriguing deals in real estate by toptenrealestatedeals.com, a real estate listing site. Ranked as the second best deal in real estate, the 45-story buildings were recognized for its value and location. Taking the top honor was a championship golf course in Georgetown, Mass.
In its recent list of real estate deals across the country, the site said Turnberry Towers "could bring the Cliff Notes version of the world to your horizon and it's just been marked down from the $550,000s to the mid $200,000s."
