Rhodes features loft-style condominium units at X-it

Rhodes Homes’ townhome-style condominiums at Tropicana Avenue and El Capitan Way are designed to emulate loft spaces in major metropolitan areas, according to Glynda Rhodes, vice president of interior and architectural design for Rhodes Homes. Central to the southwestern portion of the valley, the development offers three model floor plans of one to three bedrooms, ranging from 1,663 to 2,400 square feet.

“The urban loft-style home concept that’s proven popular, but highly elusive here in Las Vegas, can be found at X-it,” Rhodes said. “Plan 1663 really captures that style with large windows that blend the home’s second and third stories, part of which encompasses a loft space.”

X-it Plan 1663 includes one bedroom and 2 1/2 baths, hobby room and loft, and two-car garage within 1,663 square feet. The hobby room is situated at the first level with open great-room area at the second level. A third-level loft looks onto the lower floors.

“This floor plan’s design allows the homeowner countless opportunities to customize the home to their own style,” said Rhodes, who is also president of i.d. Interior Design, interior designer for X-it. “If someone is interested in a classic loft, but with all the best of modern amenities, Plan 1663 at X-it is hard to beat.”

X-it has opened fully-furnished and decorated models, each with a large second floor terrace. Plan 1759 is the development’s largest design at a square footage designated by its appellation, up to three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

X-it’s Plan 1690 offers two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and two-car garage.

Prices begin in the high $200,000s.

The development features a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse with workout facility, multi-purpose recreation room, exercise room, full kitchen and lounge/media area.

The contemporary building will also provide access for the residents to the pool, spa and deck area. The gated development is in proximity to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and the Strip, in addition to the southwest valley’s shopping, medical and recreational opportunities.

To reach X-it from the south, take the Beltway west to Tropicana. Head east on Tropicana. The development is located on the northeast corner of Tropicana and the Beltway. Visitors from the north can take the Beltway east and exit at Tropicana, heading east.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. For more information, call 434-4449 or visit rhodeshomes.com.
