Richmond American’s Monte Bello offers variety

Richmond American Homes’ Monte Bello in The Mesa village offers the greatest number of floor plans in any single Summerlin neighborhood.

With nine ranch-style and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,989 to 4,214 square feet, Monte Bello can offer buyers three to six bedrooms, up to 4½ baths and three-car garages. Homes include front yard landscaping with paver driveways and front walks.

Monte Bello’s six ranch-style floor plans offer a variety of design elements that add comfort and style. Single-story designs include covered porch, covered patio, wide foyer, formal dining room, spacious great room, nook and gourmet kitchen with expansive island and butler’s pantry. Master suite designs include a sitting area, two walk-in closets and a Jack-and-Jill bath-style bathroom that features a private bath.

The 4,019 square-foot Robert floor plan has a guest suite, complete with walk-in closet and private bath, while also offering a second master suite and game room. The Hanford floor plan offers front- and side-entry garages and a wide porch. Interior bonuses include a tech center.

Single-story homes start from the high $400,000s to the low $600,000s.

Monte Bello’s three two-story homes start at 3,636 square feet and offer floor plans with a wide covered porch and two-story entry. The main floors include a study, formal dining room, a bedroom with full bath, and a two-story great room that’s open to the kitchen and nook. Second floor options include three bedrooms and a tech center.

The Hogan floor plan offers a main-floor bedroom with full bath while the second floor includes a loft with deck and a tech center with a balcony.

Monte Bello’s two-story homes start in the low- to mid-$500,000s.
