Ryland Homes rolls out spring clearance event

This weekend, Ryland Homes begins its spring clearance event on homes throughout Southern Nevada that are either under construction or completed and ready for quick move-ins. Many homes in Ryland's clearance event include thousands of dollars in upgrades for a fraction of their original prices.

"Our spring clearance event is one of our most popular sales of the year and offers among the best values on well-appointed homes," said Desiree Van Leer, Ryland Homes new-home counselor. "If you have been waiting for the ideal time to buy a new home, it is now."

The event coincides with Ryland Homes' 45th anniversary, which kicks off this weekend. The builder is offering a special 45th anniversary promotion this weekend only of a washer, dryer and refrigerator option for just $45 each. Home shoppers can check with any Ryland sales office throughout the coming week for information on additional offers and giveaways during the 45th anniversary.

Among the homes offered in Ryland's clearance event is a Cambria floor plan at the builder's Cordova Estates in Henderson. The gated community offers residents their own park and is nearby top area schools .

"This home includes 3,200 square feet of living space with five bedrooms, three full baths and a three-car garage," Van Leer said. "It also includes granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, tile flooring, stainless steel General Electric kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer and tile flooring throughout the first floor. It is located on a pool-sized home site and available for move-in."

The home is value-priced at $89 per square foot.

"This is a tremendous value for a home in a gated community that includes $33,000 in upgrades alone," Van Leer said.

Ryland Homes' Allora at Davyn Ridge in North Las Vegas has two townhomes available in the clearance event. Allora is a townhome community of single- and two-story homes. The neighborhood includes a shared community park with a playground, water features and two barbecue areas for residents and guests.

"One of the available homes in Allora is an Iris floor plan with 1,634 square feet," Van Leer said. "It includes four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage along with a nice-sized yard and full driveway. A second home at Allora in Ryland's clearance event is a two-story Luneta floor plan with 1,936 square feet of living space.
