Ryland opens two neighborhoods

Ryland Homes has opened two neighborhoods with its signature rooftop deck options.

Ryland at Evergreen in Mountain’s Edge, a master-planned community in the southwest valley, and Amado Pointe in Summerlin are now open with new floor plans ranging from 2,192 to 3,529 square feet.

Ryland at Evergreen includes more amenities than any other Ryland community in Southern Nevada, sales agent Shelly Strait said.

“In addition to the many parks and open spaces in Mountain’s Edge, Evergreen residents will enjoy their own private Club at Yellowstone,” Strait said.

The Club at Yellowstone includes three buildings with a fitness center, locker rooms, meeting rooms, big screen TV, full kitchen and a children’s activity center. Evergreen residents also have a family swimming pool, toddler wading pool, spa and private adult pool, basketball court, barbecue patio and outdoor play structure.

“If you have dreamed of living a country club lifestyle without the country club prices, Ryland at Evergreen is the perfect place to call home,” Strait said. “Fitness enthusiasts will save hundreds by not needing a gym membership and families will enjoy multiple opportunities to play and exercise.”

Evergreen offers four two-story floor plans ranging from 2,588 to 3,529 square feet. The homes can be built with as many as six bedrooms and as many as three baths with three car garages. Prices start at $262,990. The floor plans offer dual master suites, tech areas, walk-in pantries and oversized garages on large home sites. Each plan is available with Ryland’s signature rooftop deck option.

Amado Pointe is the only new-home collection in Summerlin offering rooftop decks, sales agent Kelli Ball-Cunningham said.

Its two-story floor plans range from 2,192 to 2,389 square feet and include as many as four bedrooms, as many as 3½ baths and oversized two-car garages. Prices start at $281,990.

“All Amado Pointe home sites are pool-sized and average 35 feet deep, which is very rare in Summerlin,” Ball-Cunningham said. “They also include oversized two-car garages and most also include a covered loggia, or patio.”

Amado Pointe has two model homes, including the 2,175-square-foot Meadow plan.

The home lives like a single-story but offers the space of a two-story home, said Ball-Cunningham. It includes three bedrooms, 3½ baths, loft, covered second-floor mirador (balcony) and an oversized two car garage.

“All of the major living areas are on the first floor in this unique home,” Ball-Cunningham said. “The master bedroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry are all on the first floor. A second master bedroom complete with walk-in closets and a full bath, oversized loft with a covered mirador and additional half bath are located on the second floor. So you can choose whether you want to use the second floor on a regular basis or just use it for guests or storage.”

Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool and park and two playgrounds.

Outdoor recreation enthusiasts can enjoy Summerlin’s new 19-acre Mesa Park, which is within walking distance of the neighborhood. It has tennis courts, basketball courts, greenbelts, barbecue and picnic areas, a playground and softball fields.

Ryland Homes is now selling new homes in 10 collections throughout the valley. Three additional neighborhoods are scheduled to open this spring.
