Ryland to open Quintessa in Mountain’s Edge today
Today from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Ryland Homes celebrates the grand opening of its newest Southern Nevada neighborhood. Quintessa is in the Mountain’s Edge master plan and offers two- and three-story homes with as many as four bedrooms and up to 3½ baths. All three-story homes include Ryland’s signature rooftop decks and all two-story homes offer rooftop decks as options.
“Quintessa is the perfect community for those who enjoy getting to know their neighbors,” sales agent Mara Glaser said.
Quintessa has a large pool with beach-style entry, hot tub, showers and baths in the pool area, a barbecue area with grills and table seating, two putting greens and a full fitness center.
The five floor plans offered at Quintessa include the two-story Casella plan. The home measures 1,939 square feet and includes a great room, dining room, walk-in kitchen pantry and additional storage areas on the first level. The Casella’s second level includes all of the home’s three bedrooms, laundry room, linen closet with optional desk and two walk-in closets in the owner’s suite.
“All of our two-story homes have the option for one of Ryland’s signature rooftop decks, and they are built as standard features on all three-story homes,” Glaser said.
Two three-story floor plans are offered in Quintessa, including the 2,454-square-foot Romano plan that includes a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, along with the home’s laundry room, living room and storage space. The Romano’s second floor includes the master bedroom and large bonus room with a covered patio. The third floor includes the great room, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom or flexible space.
Quintessa is near the 20-acre Nathaniel Jones Park, which includes a lighted basketball court, tot lot with shade structure, children’s water play area with splash pad, turf areas, walking trails and shade structures.
