SheaXero to celebrate one-year anniversary

Shea Homes at Ardiente will celebrate its one-year anniversary of providing solar-powered homes to consumers in the Las Vegas area.

Tibbitts said Ardiente isn’t charging extra for its solar system.

“I have friends that pay up to $400 in the summer for their electric bill, and mine has been next to nothing,” Paul Oldale said “For anyone who’s on the fence about getting a SheaXero home, I’d tell them to look and consider long and hard before living anywhere else. That is huge savings.”

Market analysts project the housing market will see a 6 percent increase in prices this year nationwide from the growing consumer demand, a reality supported by Ardiente’s record-breaking sales that jumped 126 percent from 2011 to 2012.
