Solstice by Pardee offers homes with as many as 7 bedrooms

Pardee Homes' Solstice, located in the master-planned Aliante community in North Las Vegas, features five floor plans including a 3,100-square-foot Plan Two X with as many as seven bedrooms and four baths that is priced from $266,450.

Solstice Plan Two X features optional sixth and seventh bedrooms plus a fourth bath in lieu of the bonus room. The standard floor plan includes five bedrooms, three baths, a living, dining, family and bonus rooms and three-car garage.

Solstice Plan Three is a two-story plan that measures 3,643 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and three baths. The floor plan includes a bonus room and den or optional fifth bedroom and third bath and is priced from $291,450.

Plan Four, which measures 3,959 square feet, features six bedrooms, four baths, downstairs library, bedroom and full bath and upstairs loft and optional guest suite with a private bath in lieu of fifth and sixth bedrooms. Plan Four is priced from $321,950.

The gated Solstice neighborhood is located off of Aliante Parkway and Nature Park Drive, within walking distance to the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park in Aliante, as well as close to retail and restaurants, schools, the Aliante library and access to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway.
