Stephanie Village combines elements of residential, retail

Stephanie Village at Green Valley, a mixed-use development, aims to combine townhome and condominium living with window shopping and gallery hopping, according to sales manager Sherry Latham.

"Mixed-use living in a village setting is a tradition as old as living well.
