The Mesa, Summerlin’s southernmost village to date, continues to unfold with new neighborhoods offering a variety of living options for families ready to buy their dream homes.
Cielo by Woodside Homes features three unique communities under one name. Located near the highly rated, private Bishop Gorman High School and just minutes from downtown Summerlin, Cielo de Estrellas and Cielo de Oro are offering seven floor plans with models now open.
The three two-story floor plans at Cielo de Estrellas range from 2,296 to 2,518 square feet. These homes include three to five bedrooms and as many as 3½ baths.
Unique features include a first-floor master suite, great room and loft accenting high-volume ceilings and elaborate window designs. Details include 18-inch square, ceramic tile kitchen flooring, designer light fixtures and cultured marble vanity tops and china sinks. Starting prices range from $321,990 to $333,990.
Cielo de Oro offers four floor plans ranging from 2,102 to 3,147 square feet with three to six bedrooms and as many as five baths. The floor plans include one single-level home with three or four bedrooms. Unique features in the two-story floor plans include three-car garages, a first-floor master suite, separate dining room, optional office and entry foyer. Select designs provide the versatility of a bonus room or study that may be selected as an optional extra bedroom or casita. These homes are priced from $346,990 through $410,990.
The third Cielo community, Diamonte, is slated to begin selling later this month.
Cielo homes are designed with desert contemporary, modern craftsman and modern architectural exteriors.
They offer kitchens featuring granite countertops, large food-preparation islands, maple cabinets, generous pantries and General Electric appliances.
Outdoor living spaces include porches, loggias and courtyards and feature front-yard water-conscious landscaping and paved stone driveways and walkways.
Each home design comes with Woodside’s standard energy-efficient construction and is solar ready.
“As the very first builder to open a neighborhood in Summerlin more than 23 years ago, Woodside Homes has a long history of building popular homes in the community,” said Danielle Bisterfeldt, Summerlin marketing director.
Homebuyers have access to the 19-acre Mesa Park that has more than 150 miles of interconnected trails and the Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas water park. With nearby access to the 215 Beltway, Cielo residents are 20 minutes from the Strip and 25 minutes from McCarran International Airport. Summerlin, which spans 22,500 acres along the valley’s western rim, borders the Spring Mountains and Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
