Terra Bella complex offers resort lifestyle

Alan Knudson decided he was ready for a change.

“I was tired of cleaning my own pool and taking care of my own yard and a big house. I wanted more free time for myself,” he said.

So he began looking for the “lock and leave” lifestyle of condominium living.

Knudson already lived in Henderson’s Anthem and said he was delighted to find Terra Bella, the only luxury, age-qualified condominium development for active adults in Anthem. The 5,000-acre master-planned community includes golf courses, trails, recreation areas, shopping centers and professionally landscaped common areas.

Knudson bought a two-bedroom, two-bath Santorini floor plan.

The gated neighborhood includes a fitness center and clubhouse with a workout facility, entertainment areas and full kitchen. Residents and their guests can enjoy the resort-style swimming pool and spa, covered barbecue cabanas and an outdoor covered patio with lounge areas and a fireplace.

Each three-story building at Terra Bella features elevators and interior courtyards visible from all three levels. The landscaped courtyards include tall palm trees and sitting areas with tables and chairs.

Terra Bella’s five oversized floor plans range from 1,400 to 2,200 square feet. Finishes such as granite, tile, plush carpet and upscale cabinetry are standard. The buildings include enclosed private garages.

Prices in the community start at $195,000.

Terra Bella’s sales office and model homes are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem. Veer left and continue to Hampton Road. Turn west on Hampton and look for sales office on the left. For more information, call 702-361-1223 or visit www.terrabellacondos.com.
